"I recently decided to spend two months in Playa Del Carmen to take a break from home during the winter, a chance to step out of my comfort zone and reconnect with myself. As part of that journey, I booked a shoot with emco, hoping to rediscover a sense of confidence. I was a bit nervous at first since it had been so long since I’d been in front of a camera, but emco immediately made me feel at ease.
I chose the beach as my shoot location to connect with the elements, and from the moment I arrived, it was clear how much thought had gone into making the experience personal. emco had curated a custom playlist based on a few songs and Pinterest images I shared beforehand. That small detail made all the difference, it felt like the space had been created just for me. My nerves faded, and I felt completely supported throughout the shoot.
At one point, we paused to look at some of the photos, and I got emotional seeing myself through emco’s lens. I couldn’t believe it was me. There was a light in my eyes, a confidence I hadn’t felt in a long time, like a part of me had been reawakened.
